Paul is a founding Partner and Professional Engineer with blueWATER Civil Design and has more than 23 years of experience in all aspects of civil site engineering.
Paul has experience in the development and project management of small and large residential developments, mixed use developments, multi-family developments, small commercial centers and office buildings, faith-based facilities, and healthcare facilities.
Paul’s design experience includes stormwater management systems—which provide water quantity control and water quality control—sanitary sewer trunk lines, sanitary sewer collection systems, sanitary sewer force mains, sanitary sewer lift stations, water distribution systems (including domestic water mains and fire water mains), miles of publicly owned roads, infrastructure within residential developments, and low impact development features.
Paul is an avid outdoors man who enjoys fishing, hunting, sporting events, and spending time with family.

Jason is a founding partner and professional engineer with blueWATER Civil Design, has more than 24 years of experience in all aspects of civil/site engineering on projects located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Louisiana.
A Greenville native, Jason’s professional background includes experience in the development of small and large commercial and residential facilities, including retail, single tenant, industrial, multi-family, office, assisted living facilities, and numerous grocery stores, and corner drug stores. These projects included daily/weekly coordination with client, construction budgeting, construction scheduling, site layout plans, stormwater layout design plans, utility design (including water main and sanitary sewer main design), and roadway layout and design. Jason also has experience designing athletic fields and athletic complexes, including the 60-acre Upward Sports Complex in Spartanburg County, SC.

Chris is a founding Partner and Professional Engineer with blueWATER Civil Design and has more than 24 years of experience in all aspects of civil site engineering for projects in the southeast.
A native of Union, SC, Chris is experienced with providing design and management on complex commercial projects, publically funded projects (including institutional and educational), and industrial projects. For each of the these types of projects, Chris has designed regulated stormwater systems, sustainable stormwater systems, sanitary sewer collections systems (including services, mains, force mains, and lift stations), water distribution systems (including domestic water mains and fire water mains), and roadways (including road extensions, widening, and new roads). Designing site grade elevations is the backbone of civil site engineering, and Chris has successfully designed sites of 100-acres to sites of less than 1-acre and has site planned for 100’s of projects (including master plans, study plans, and final design plans). Chris also has experience in designing athletic fields.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Chris understands the importance of sustainable designs and their benefits to clients and the community.

Lynn is a founding Partner and Professional Engineer with blueWATER Civil Design and has more than 34 years of experience in all aspects of civil site engineering for projects in the southeast. A native of Spartanburg, SC, Lynn is experienced with providing project design and management on complex commercial, faith-based, institutional, and industrial projects as well as providing design services on projects of various sizes. He has designed regulated stormwater systems and sustainable stormwater systems, which provide water quantity control and water quality control. Lynn has designed sanitary sewer collections systems including services, mains, force mains, and lift stations and has designed water distribution systems including domestic water mains and fire water mains. Designing site grade elevations is the backbone of civil engineering and Lynn has successfully designed sites of 100-acres to sites smaller than 1-acre. Lynn has site planned for hundreds of projects, both speculative and for design purposes. Lynn is also the CFO of blueWATER and handles most of the administrative duties of the firm.
Outside of work, Lynn is an avid boater and Clemson Football fan. Lynn has been married since 1992 to Melissa, and together they have two children, Anna and Ben.

His primary hobby is trying to keep up with his wife and two daughters. When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing golf and tennis, fishing, and watching college sports.

Jeremy enjoys working with team members, clients and contractors to provide a responsive and cost effective design that meets the client’s overall vision for the project. Additionally, Jeremy has worked in the public sector where his responsibilities included capital improvement project management, grant procurement, and public outreach regarding responsible stormwater and water quality management.
